Two Types of Announcements for All Your Needs

We understand that not all updates are created equal. Sometimes you need to let everyone know about a general update, like the coffee machine on floor 2 being down ☕ or free lunch in the London office 🍕. Other times, you need to communicate urgent or emergency information quickly and clearly.

That's why we've introduced two types of announcements:

General Messages: For everyday updates and information that your team should be aware of, but don't require immediate action.

Emergency Messages: For critical, time-sensitive information that requires immediate attention or action from your team.

Seamless Integration with the Desksharing Workflow

All announcements will appear directly in the PULT App, so your team can access them easily without disrupting their workflow. Emergency messages will be clearly highlighted to ensure they stand out and grab attention. 🚨

We've also made it easy to integrate announcements with your existing communication tools. If needed, announcements can be sent as notifications through Microsoft Teams or Slack, so your team never misses an important update.
